Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup of choice of your bell peppers
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 diced tomatoes
1 tsp grated ginger & garlic paste
1tsp coriander seeds powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp choice of chilli peppers
salt to taste
Seasonings like cumin seeds, urad daal, channa daal and mustard seeds.
1/4 cup oil of choice
Method
Heat oil in a pan and add seasonings. Saute onions, ginger-garlic paste and powders.
Saute tomatoes till soft and add bell peppers and cauliflower florets.
Cook until well done.
Serve with rice or roti.
