Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets

  • 1 cup of choice of your bell peppers

  • 1/2 cup diced onions

  • 1/2 diced tomatoes

  • 1 tsp grated ginger & garlic paste

  • 1tsp coriander seeds powder

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp choice of chilli peppers

  • salt to taste

  • Seasonings like cumin seeds, urad daal, channa daal and mustard seeds.

  • 1/4 cup oil of choice


Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add seasonings. Saute onions, ginger-garlic paste and powders.

  2. Saute tomatoes till soft and add bell peppers and cauliflower florets.

  3. Cook until well done.

  4. Serve with rice or roti.
